“OMNI” - Something deeply fulfilling about actually holding the printed script, not experienced w/ the digital PDF on your laptop.
Friends, I am immeasurably excited to announce that my high-concept one-hour TV drama pilot script “OMNI”, written with my wonderfully invaluable writing partner, Abby Emmett, has advanced into the TOP 25 of its category at the International PAGE Awards!!!
About 4,500 scripts from all around world were submitted to the competition. We were notified yesterday that we have officially advanced to the semi-final round!!! This is a very prestigious competition and we are honored to have made it this far.
Up next…
One month from now on the 15th of September we will find out if we have moved up once again into the FINALS. ;-) Fingers crossed.
In the meantime, we will ALREADY take this latest news and begin knocking on every door possible to get “OMNI” represented, produced, and/or bought by a TV network! ;-)
Stay tuned…as this adventure will most definitely continue. :)

Cinema reflects culture and there is no harm in adapting technology, but not at the cost of losing your originality.
–— Jackie Chan (actor, director, stuntman)
Although for some people cinema means something superficial and glamorous, it is something else. I think it is the mirror of the world.
–— Jeanne Moreau (actress)
People sometimes say that the way things happen in the movies is unreal, but actually it’s the way things happen to you in life that’s unreal. The movies make emotions look so strong and real, whereas when things really do happen to you, it’s like watching television — you don’t feel anything.
